Our Guest Speaker Richard Palmer, of Sure Train Sales Training giving a talk on: Effective Prospecting for Small Business – Taking the Pain out of Pipeline
Richard will explore how some simple, yet effective techniques can help us to create an effective pipeline of new opportunities, building our business to business prospects and growing our future sales.

Richard is an experienced Sales Director and Trainer with a proven history of working in the professional training & coaching industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Coaching, Sales, and Entrepreneurship. Delivering increased sales and profits for his clients through effective planning, training, execution, measurement and analysis.
Following extensive experience in the retail motor finance industry, Richard began working with clients across the country and in multiple business sectors, helping them to develop the skills needed to be more effective in sales and profit development.
Richard is the only South West based Endorsed Training Partner of the Institute of Sales Management and only one of 10 across the country.
