Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) provides hospice care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their whole family across the South West. The care offered is wide ranging including hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care. CHSW operates 3 hospices; Little Bridge House in North Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in mid Cornwall.

The charity offers a home from home where babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families can take a short break away to re-charge their batteries in a homely, warm and welcoming environment. Providing a much-needed break from the ongoing strains of caring for their children at home, juggling professional and medical appointments as well as maintaining family life and employment. In the main CHSW provides the chance for families to get away from it all in a safe and fun environment with expert medical, emergency and palliative care.

Each year, through the generous support of corporate partners, CHSW is able to continue to provide care and support to babies, children, young people and their families across the South West.

Companies engaged with CHSW are able to reach potential consumers in a deep and meaningful way, as well as demonstrate their commitment to corporate philanthropy among customers, employees, and key company stakeholders.

As the Area Fundraiser, I am able to support individuals and businesses wishing to raise funds for CHSW, offer Gifts in Kind, volunteer their time, or take part in any of the charity events.
